What telehealth is here
Evaluation and follow-up may occur through video, asynchronous messaging, and other electronic means approved by the practice. You must be in a state where the clinician is licensed at the time of the visit.
Limits
Telehealth cannot replace a complete in-person physical examination when one is required. Connections can fail. If the clinician cannot obtain enough information to make a safe decision, they may decline treatment or ask you to be seen in person.
Emergencies
This service is not for emergencies. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not use patient messaging for urgent symptoms.
