Two layers
Public pages may use analytics to understand whether someone found a program. Intake answers, lab results, messages, and clinical notes are PHI. They belong in the EHR and related clinical systems, not in marketing tags.
What this website may collect
Contact fields, qualification answers, and session identifiers needed to run the consultation flow. Do not paste medical history into fields meant for marketing comments or third-party widgets.
What we will not do
Questionnaire answers will not be sent to advertising pixels. Clinical data will not be used to retarget you on social networks. When HIPAA hosting is in place, access controls follow the medical record vendor, not this marketing stack.
Your rights
Once you are in active care, requests to access, amend, or restrict uses of PHI are handled through the practice and the EHR, as required by law. This page will be updated when counsel approves the formal notice.
